The town of Marone is located on the eastern coast of lake Sebino. It is a small locality surrounded by a unique and suggestive landscape where the lake and the mountains of the Prealps meet in total harmony.
The house
Our B&B is situated just outside Marone's town centre, in the locality of Ponzano. It's possible to reach the old coastal road that runs from Vello to Toline in a very short time, this has recently been made suitable for walkers and bicycles. Within easy reach is also the busy town of Iseo, with its restaurants and bars.
The house is surrounded by a wide and sunny garden with a flourishing olive tree grove, where you can relax sunbathing. For those who enjoy lazying in the shade, we have a covered patio, from where you can admire the landscape.
The accommodation
The B&B Poggio Ponzariolo features a triple room with a king sized bed and a single bed, it is fresh and spacious with stylish furniture.
Our guests will be able to enjoy the exclusive use of a wide living area connected to the bedroom, with other 2 sleeping places. The bathroom is for your own private use.
The breakfast is rich and copious, with local produce. It will be served, according to your own preference, either under the covered patio with lake view, or in the house's living room, with a serene and family atmosphere.

How to reach us
By car: A4 autostrada to Brescia, exit “Brescia centro” then take the southern bypass in direction of Lake Iseo-Vallecamonica and SS 510 new exit to Zone. At the stop in Colpiano turn left and drive towards Marone for about 800m. As an alternative, at the end of the southern bypass, follow the coastal road from Iseo to Marone, then, once in Marone, drive towards Zone for about 100m.You will find us on the right.
By train: from Brescia, take the Ferrovie LeNord line, Brescia-Iseo-Edolo, until you reach the station for Marone-Zone.

Come arrivare
In auto: Autostrada A4 per Brescia, uscita Brescia centro quindi imboccare la tangenziale sud in direzione Lago di Iseo-Vallecamonica e SS 510 nuova uscita Zone. Allo stop di Colpiano svoltare a sx e proseguire verso Marone per 800 m. circa. In alternativa al termine della tangenziale sud seguire la strada litoranea da Iseo fino a Marone, poi giunti a Marone proseguire in direzione di Zone per circa 1000 m.In treno: da Brescia la linea Ferrovie Nord, Brescia-Iseo-Edolo fino alla stazione di Marone-Zone.
