THE ROOMS
The house has been recently renovated and there are three bedrooms available, one double with a small bed for a child, one room with four beds, and a room with two single beds or one double(on request). All the rooms have private bathrooms. Breakfast is served in a light filled lounge with balcony and fireplace, or outside on the terrace with good views of the lake.

PRICES
40/90euros depending on the season and occupancy. High season is easter period, 1st June -31st Aug and 1st dec-6th Jan. For stays of 3+ nights we require a 30% deposit sent by post or bank transfer. -
Le Camere:
La casa è stata ristrutturata da poco e dispone di tre camere: una camera matrimoniale con un letto per bambino, una camera a quattro posti singoli e una camera a due posti singoli (o matrimoniale, a richiesta).
Tutte le camere hanno bagno privato.
La colazione è servita in un luminoso soggiorno con balcone e camino, oppure su un terrazzo esterno con ampia vista sul lago.
