Our Bed and Breakfast is situated in the area of Franciacorta rich in culture, tradition and splendid natural walks to savour during a relaxing bike ride. Brescia (8 km) is home to a rich collection of history and art dating back many years from prehistoric times to the present day which can be seen in the Santa Giulia museum including Celts, Gauls, Cenomans, Romans and above all the Longobardi with their King Desiderio who have a most rich and documented history.
THE HOUSE:
Our guests afferm that they really do feel like they are in their own homes. It is this sentiment that we set out to achieve when we decided to turn our home into a Bed and Breakfast. It is situated in a small villa on two floors, the first floor being dedicated to our guests. Breakfast is served in the lounge/diner on the ground floor and in the summer under a pleasant pergola with Jasmin.
THE ROOMS:
Three rooms are available, two double and one matrimonial suite all with private bathrooms and air conditioning.
HOW TO FIND US:
By car Motorway A4 exit Ospitalletto then towards Valtrompia. After the tunnel exit left for Gussago. Continue south for 3km in the direction of Mandolossa until you are under the hill of Sale
From east: Motorway A4 exit Brescia central follow the tangenziale for Lake Iseo, after 12 km exit for Gussago. After 1.5 km turn right then immediatly right, after 500m at the stop turn right, we are 50 mts down the road.
From Brescia : exit from piazza Garibaldi for via Milano, follow via Valcamonica until Mandolossa, then to the right for 3.5km. At the sign to the left after 300mt you will have arrived.

In Auto:
Da Ovest: Autostrada A4 uscita Ospitaletto direzione Val Trompia, dopo la galleria uscire a sinistra x Gussago. Proseguire Sud per 3 Km direzione Mandolossa fin sotto la collinetta di Sale.
Da Est: Autostrada A4 uscita Brescia Centro, seguire tangenziale per Lago Iseo, dopo 12 Km uscire a Gussago. a 1,5 Km svoltare a destra e subito a destra; dopo 500 metri allo Stop svoltare a destra, 50 metri e siete arrivati.
Da Brescia città; uscire da Piazza Garibaldi per via Milano, seguire via Val Camonica fino alla Mandolossa, poi a destra per 3,5 Km. All'insegna a sinistra e poi dopo 300 metrisiete arrivati.Telefono: 030 2773787

PRICES:
Double room 65 euros, single occupancy 38 Euros. Matrimonial room 70 Euros, Children 0-2yr free, 2-10yrs 20% discount. Open allyear round except from the 23rd-30th December. The price includes bed with spring lattice wood bases and orthapaedic matterass, private bathroom, bedlinen and towel change twice weekly, bathroom set, TV, breakfast and air conditioning. At the time of booking we require a 50% deposit by mail or bank transfer. We do not accept credit cards.

THINGS TO DO:
You will find us on the cycle route from Brescia to Paratico. A route that traverses all Franciacorta along its thread of life, passing long walls of pebble and stone door arches, brushing the old laced walls of ancient castles and churches leading you to wine cellars. We are a few kilometers from lake Iseo, the Torbiere and Monte Isola (the largest lake island in europe). There is Valcamonica with the pyramids of Zone, the incisione rupestri di Capodiponte, the ski resort of Monte Campione, the springs of Ome (10mins away) and the village of Gussago, a Brescian village where you can eat spit roasts in one of the numerous family run restaurants.Due to our closeness to Brescia you can pass a cheerful evening in the city. Sebino and Franciacorta allow you to play many open air sports.
SPORT:
A short distance from our Bed and Breakfast an within a range of a few kilometers you can play many sports in the open. At lake Iseo (15km) Diving, Wind kite, Canoeing, Fishing, Water skiing and Sailing. In Brescia (approx 10km) you`ll find the hang gliding and paragliding school, a swimming pool and squash. In Franciacorta(10km) an 18 hole golf course. At Virle (15km) the school of free climbing with wallclimbing. In Valcamonica (50km) pistes for skiing, snowboarding and sleddog. At 100mt swimming pool, gymnasium, tennis courts, football pitches and fitness centre. On the doorstep there is the cycle route Brescia-Paratico-Lake Iseo, cycle touring and mountain biking.
